I failed to mention that I can prg in whole numbers to the department keys but not decimal and not ’open’ammounts. Please find a pic attatched. The drawer opens etc. Problem being that there is no decimal point. if I try and key 255 on any department key the register will error. The screen used to display 0.00 now it dosen’t. The machine itself WAS working perfectly untill my young children turned it to PRG and now I can’t input any dollar amount into any department key nor is there 0.00 being displayed. Now its simply ’0’. How do I return it to decimal display and how do get the department keys to accept open dollar amounts? The register currently only displays a single digit ’0’ now in Reg mode and Prg mode. What do I have to do to return the machine to decimal display and how do I program the seven department keys to be open keys?
